Shipping FAQ

We are proud to offer 3-5 day deliveries on all our domestic shipments. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation.

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders of $20 or more. Any orders less than $20 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $4.

How do you ship your packages?

Our packages are shipped primarily through USPS from our headquarters in Lehigh Valley, PA. All orders are carefully packaged in bubble mailers so your dice are safe and secure when they arrive. We also offer UPS for both domestic and international orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, however at the moment we only ship to the United States, Canada and the UK. We do plan to expand our shipping to Australia and New Zealand soon so stay tuned!

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email when your order ships that contains your USPS tracking information. If your you have not received an email with a tracking number after 3 days, please contact us.

My tracking status says "Pre-shipment" and its been over 3 days

Please contact us to let us know. Due to the volume we receive, we are unable to monitor the shipping status of every package.

I paid for Priority shipping but my package hasn't arrived after 3 days.

USPS does not guarantee 2-3 days, it is just an estimate based on average delivery time. In some cases there may be delays and Priority shipping can take up to 5 days or even more in very rare cases. If USPS Priority mail is experiencing delays, it means First Class mail is taking even longer, so you would still be getting your package faster than with First Class. We do our best to ship our Priority orders within 12 hours of being placed, but once its in the hands of USPS there is nothing we can do to speed up the process.

My tracking status was marked as delivered but I did not receive my package.

USPS delivery vans have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day.

Always check with your neighbors to see if the package was misdelivered. If 2 business days have gone by and you still have not received your package, contact your local post office. Make sure to call your LOCAL OFFICE, and NOT the USPS HOTLINE (this can take a lot of time, and in the end, they only tell you what your tracking says). Ask them who delivered the parcel, and ask them details about that day's delivery. They are used to these types of questions, and can usually provide helpful information.

In the extremely rare case that the parcel does not show up at all, please file a claim with USPS. You can do so via the USPS hotline or online. Priority Mail comes insured by the USPS and they are liable for misdelivered or stolen property in most cases. Arcana Vault cannot reimburse orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property, thank you for understanding!

I accidentally entered the wrong address when I placed my order, what do I do?

Our orders are typically fulfilled in less than 24 hours of being placed so if you have entered the wrong address, please contact us right away. In the event that the package has been sent out before we are notified that the address is incorrect, we must wait for the package to be returned to us, then we will refund your order or send it again to the correct address.

If an address needs to be changed after the shipping label has been printed, you will be invoiced for a total of $4 to cover the label fee.

Your shipping address is sent out with the confirmation email upon ordering, please review it to confirm it is correct before we fulfill the order.
